Spacious two bedroom apartment with amazing view over the sea. Sunny living area including a lounge with a TV and internet, a dinning area conformable 4 seats and a fully furnished open plan kitchen. The living area gives access to a balcony with stunning views over the water.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second one twin beds. The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet.

A secure carpark is included with this apartment.

A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments are included, fresh linen and towels, with the apartment being serviced weekly. No smoking or e-ciagrettes in the apartment.

Car park: Number 123 Level 2

To find your car park enter building via scene lane, you’ll see a large garage door straight ahead with swipe card reader on right, drive to traffic light then go left up one level and follow sign left to scene one. Go to the end of the carpark building and your space will be the second to last on your left.

NOTE: there is a tight s-bend around some support pillars (marked bright yellow)

Getting to your apartment from the car park: Walk back and you will see a door on your right. Use the swipe card to enter the lift foyer. In the lift swipe card again then press 10. Exiting the lift your apartment is on the left.

To enter the apartment building

Entering your apartment from Beach Road use the swipe card for the main entrance, and enter the foyer and take lift on your right to the 10th Floor your apartment will be on your left

If you enter the building from Scene Lane once again use your swipe card to enter the doors and make your way to the lifts in front of you. – Then follow the instructions above


Fire Evacuation Plan;

Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your apartment.  Ambulance/Fire/Police: DIAL 111


Swimming Pool & tennis Court:

Both are situated on level 4. Feel free to use rackets and balls from the lounge cupboard. These facilities are free of charge


In-house Gym:

Gym and Day Spa are also on level 4. Enquire at reception desk (level 4) for bookings and costs


Special Instructions;

The Building Manager is Fraser. Their Office is located in the car park on level 4, in case of emergencies please contact them; otherwise please contact our office for any maintenance queries.


  • Weekly Servicingis done on the anniversary of the day of your arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after 10am.  Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc. are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all apartments have dishwashers for this purpose.  Please remove your rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex.  Should you leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be charged a departure surcharge.


  • Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of $65 will then apply.  However if you do wish to amend your housekeeping day please send us an email at least 48 hours before and we will confirm the change if possible


  • CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to the bins in the garage.


  • The rubbish should be left in the designated Area.

  • Smoking is not permitted within our apartments or deck or within common areas of the Scene One Residence.

  • As the Washing Machine is a Front Loader you must use only Low Suds powder in the machine or it will cause a flood. We recommend Persil Low Suds powder.

  • Please leave all keys, Swipe Cards and Remote in the apartment when you vacate if you are unable to return them to us. If you lose any of the keys etc. you will be billed for the replacement cost.  When using appliances such as the dryer please be aware of the $150 per month power allowance as you will be billed for anything over $150.



Included within your tenancy are the following: Water & Power: Power is connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $150 per month. Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.

Payment Policy

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
