Highly styled one bedroom apartment in Lighter Quay North. The open plan living has comfortable seating on the corner lounge suite for four. Smart TV and Wifi included. Have breakfast at the breakfast bar with seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook and this kitchen boasts a double door fridge and freezer. The kitchen also houses the washing machine and drier.

The white tiled bathroom has a shower with the bedroom having a Queen Bed.

This apartment includes a secure carpark.

A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments are included, fresh linen and towels, with the apartment being serviced weekly. No smoking or e-ciagrettes in the apartment.

For your information, please note the following:


To locate your apartment: The Lighter Quay complex is located at 79 to 89 Halsey Street. To locate your apartment from Halsey Street walk up the ramp and walk through the main brown gates onto the podium. The entrance to 85 is on your left.  It is the first door you come to. Use the round grey swipe card to enter then make your way to the entrance door 85.

  • Use your swipe to open the door, around the corner there is a left take this to the 2nd Floor turn left and your apartment is on your left 2C.

  • Use the key to enter the apartment.


To locate your car park: From Halsey St, take the down ramp at the left hand side of the main entrance (signage that says “79 – 89) and use the silkey to open the iron grille.  Turn right and then follow the signs looking for car park H30 which is on the floor of the car park.


  • To locate your apartment from the car park area

  • Walk back towards the car park entrance. You will see a door marked North 85, on the glass door. Swipe your card to enter the door – the lift is around the corner to the right. Take the lift to level 2.


Notes: Rubbish is deposited in the chute – this is found behind the lift column – between the 3rd and 2nd floors

  • Recycling is placed in the bins in the Waste Room – found in the car park.

  • TV - Turn the TV on using the remote – red button, top left corner

  • Change channels, volume etc. using the remote

  • It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dishdrawer. Please, wash dishes before check-out.

  • NO SMOKING anywhere please.

  • Weekly Servicingis done on the anniversary of the day of your arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after 10am.  Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc. are replenished. The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen is given a wipe down. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and windows where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all apartments have dishwashers for this purpose.  Please remove your rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex.  Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of $65 will then apply.  However if you do wish to amend your housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will confirm the change.



  • CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done and put away in the cupboards and take all your rubbish down to the bins in the garage.

  • Should the apartment left in an excessive messy condition, an extra cleaning charge will occur.

  • Please leave keys on the kitchen bench with the apartment. Ensure the door is locked. If you have a vehicle parked in the garage, please MAKE SURE to drive out your car first (because you need the key to access the garage), then one person can go back to the apartment and place the key on the kitchen bench.

  • If keys are not left in the apartment, a lock replacement charge of $150 will occur


Electricity: Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power: Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month. Electricity, to the value of $150.00 per month. Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.

Payment Policy

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
