Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure or arrival (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
Child Policy
Infant are considered to be under the age of 3 and are charged $15 extra per night. Cot needs to be requested and it is free of charge.
Children are considered to be 3 years old up to and including the age of 15 and are charged $25 extra per night.
Adults and children older than 16 years old are charged $35 extra per night.
Check In Policy
Check in is from 2pm New Zealand time on the day of arrival.
Check-ins after 7.30 pm are by arrangement only. Please contact us before your stay so we can make make arrangements for a late check-in.
Check-out is before 10am on your day of departure, unless prior arrangements made with a Roma on Riccarton or Front Desk team member. Please note, late check-outs are subject to availability and additional 25 NZD (per hour fee) charge apply.
