The open plan living area opens to a small balcony where you can relax and soak up the sun and the surrounding views. The two double bedrooms and bathroom facilities are located downstairs making this the perfect family retreat. There is off street parking for your vehicle and a space for the boat if travelling with one.

Check In Policy
The Key is in a lock box/key safe located on the post to the right of the front door. Your code to open the lockbox on arrival is 1245. Please return the key to the lock box/key safe on your departure using the same code. There is parking for 2 cars to the right of the house. Please do not park on any grass areas. Thank you.
The owners of this property have purchased an amazing Weber bbq for you to use during your stay as well. Just remember to clean after use please.
This house has a water cylinder, Excessive use of hot water can result in little or no hot water. The water cylinder will take time to refill and reheat if emptied. This can take 8-12 hours. Please make sure you conserve water to avoid this happening.
