A very cosy three bedroom home that has been extended giving extra space. The extension includes a modern kitchen that is sunny with plenty of room to entertain if needed. The living area is a good size and offers separation from the kitchen which allows space to relax. The three bedrooms are all of good size along with the bathroom which includes a separate toilet. You can see the town centre from this property so no need to drive to one of the local restaurants or cafes for coffee and cake, a bite of lunch or a nice dinner out. There is off street secure parking even for the boat if in town when here in summer.

Check In Policy

The Key is in a lock box/key safe located on the post beside the front sliding door. There are 2 keys, one that opens the back door and the other the sliding door. Your code to open the lock box/key safe on your arrival is 0505. Please return the key to the lock box/key safe on your departure using the same code.
This house has a water cylinder, Excessive use of hot water can result in little or no hot water. The water cylinder will take time to refill and reheat if emptied. This can take 8-12 hours. Please make sure you conserve water to avoid this happening.
