A lovely nearer new home in a modern part of Twizel. Warm and inviting with three bedrooms, a good family bathroom and a highly functional kitchen that combines the dining and living area. Exit through the sliding doors which promotes easy access to the outdoors where an afternoon lunch can be enjoyed or your evening dinner, or just enjoy the open space. Close proximity to the town centre which is home to a great selection of eateries and supermarkets.

Check In Policy

The Key is in a lock box/key safe located on a post up the drive opposite the entrance door. Your code to open the lock box/key safe on your arrival is 1209. Please return the key to the lock box/key safe on your departure using the same code.
This house has a water cylinder, Excessive use of hot water can result in little or no hot water. The water cylinder will take time to refill and reheat if emptied. This can take 8-12 hours. Please make sure you conserve water to avoid this happening.

The owners of this property have kindly supplied firewood which allows you the use of the Log Fire during your stay. All we ask is that you take care when using the fire and keep safety front of mind for all, especially if you have young children joining your stay.
