Park up outside this property and from the moment you walk through the gate that leads you to this well presented home, you will be impressed. This home certainly rocks it on Rhoboro Road. The presentation is immaculate both inside and out. If entertaining outdoors the lovely paved area is perfect, nice and open for the sun to stream through in the winter months and sheltered with a shade sail for the hot Twizel summers. The open plan living is inviting with all the modern facilities needed. The hallway leads to the three large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry area. Residing in Rhoboro Road you are a 10 minute stroll to the town centre. This is an enjoyable, delightful holiday home.

General Room Facilities

‘The owners of this property have kindly supplied firewood which allows you the use of the Log Fire during your stay. All we ask is that you take care when using the fire and keep safety front of mind for all, especially if you have young children joining your stay.’

NOTE: The GREEN bin that we refer to in our rubbish notes has been put away for the winter months. Please put all food scrapes in the RED bin.

The Key is in a lock box/key safe located on the post just inside the gate. Your code to open the lock box/key safe on your arrival is 1204. Please return the key to the lock box/key safe on your departure using the same code.
