This is a home with a touch of Rural – yet close to town. The home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one private bathroom off the master bedroom and the other shared by the two other bedrooms. Functional kitchen and living spaces are guaranteed comfort with air-conditioning for heating and cooling. Insect screens and sunshade sails enhance summer living especially the patio which is blissful to soak up the mountain vistas and down time. Within walking distance of Lake Ruataniwha.

Check In Policy

The Key is in a lock box/key safe located on the brown fence to the left of the garage. Your code to open the lock box/key safe on your arrival is 1204. Please return the key to the lock box/key safe on your departure using the same code.
This house has a water cylinder, Excessive use of hot water can result in little or no hot water. The water cylinder will take time to refill and reheat if emptied. This can take 8-12 hours. Please make sure you conserve water to avoid this happening.
We have been notified that there will be tradespeople next door and there maybe some construction noise during your stay. We apologise in advance.
