Position is perfect, practically a hop, skip and a jump to the town centre which can be seen from the front yard. You will get to enjoy the spaciousness of the three bedrooms and the well-appointed bathroom and ensuite spaces. The kitchen is highly functional. The open plan kitchen/living area is complemented by a rear deck and the added advantage of a sun-soaked conservatory. Excellent indoor/outdoor flow ensures you'll spend plenty of time outside and within the lovely mature garden areas. After a day’s fishing when you return home there is an outside kitchen designed for fish prep which can then be cooked on the BBQ supplied within its own covered area. If there was no catch of the day, then it’s an easy stroll to restaurants bars and cafes.
The owners of this property have kindly supplied firewood which allows you the use of the Log Fire during your stay. All we ask is that you take care when using the fire and keep safety front of mind for all, especially if you have young children joining your stay.

Check In Policy

The Key is in a lock box/key safe located on the inside of the post beside the entrance door at the front of the property. Your code to open the lock box/key safe on your arrival is 1230.  Please return the key to the lock box/key safe on your departure using the same code. Guest parking for this property is the driveway to the right of the house, there is a sign that says 'GUEST PARKING'. Please do not use the driveway on the left as this services the back unit.
You are renting the front house. The owner of the property has access to the back unit and from time to time you may see them in residence enjoying the Twizel vibes. If you get the chance to meet them, they are a lovely couple and understand to respect your privacy. If you have any questions regarding your stay, please direct them to the Stay Mackenzie team.
