This modern apartment style holiday unit is set up for couples or solo travellers. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with laundry facilities. Open plan living with a good kitchen area that is fully self-contained for your comfort and opens to the small patio entrance area where you can relax and soak up the sun. A short walk will have you in the Twizel town centre when looking for your morning coffee fix or a nice lunch or dinner, while later if you wish to take a stroll to the Twizel River to discover little tracks, it too is very close. Allocated parking for your vehicle is outside the unit. This unit shares the views of a large fully fenced acre of land that is landscaped beautifully with walk through paths giving you that feeling of nature and space. This is shared with the main residences which is sited far enough to allow you your privacy.

The owner of this property is preparing it for your arrival. The Key is in a lock box/key safe located beside the entrance door. Your code to open the lockbox/keysafe is 1256. Please return the key to the lock box/key safe on your departure using the same code.
