We are the only accommodation complex in Hastings with a swimming pool open all year round.
We have an accommodation option for all budgets set amongst our 10 Acres of beautiful park like grounds, located in the centre of Hastings. Shady tree-lined avenues, landscaped grounds, our lake and plenty to keep the kids entertained make this park a relaxing, enjoyable holiday setting for everyone to share.

We are centrally located to Hastings City Centre and only a short
walk from Splash Planet. Havelock North is a 2 minute drive and Napier is 15 a minute drive.
Payment Policy
The balance of accounts are to be paid on or before arrival.
A 2% fee will apply when paying by credit or Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

Please use your reservation number as a reference.
If you are arriving outside of office, the remaining balance will need to be paid in full prior to arrival.
Management observes the right to re-quote any errors in quoted price (including verbal and written quotes).
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing by emailing info@hastingstop10.co.nz. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation within 21 days of arrival will result in a loss/charge of 50% of the booking value or one night stay (whichever is greater). Cancellations outside 21 days of arrival will result in a fee of $50 per unit/site cancelled. Cancellation of group bookings (3 units/sites or more) within 42 days of arrival will result in a loss/charge of 50% of the booking value or one night stay (whichever is greater). Cancellations outside 42 days of arrival will result in a fee of $50 per unit/site cancelled. Exceptions to the above are: Non-refundable dates - 24th December to 14th January annually, Public Holiday weekends and during Hawkes Bay events such as Mission concert etc. Amendments to bookings may be made at Managements discretion, outside of the non-refundable cancellation date and not including the non refundable dates above. If an amendment results in the shortening of a stay or a reduction in guest numbers, it will be treated as a cancellation. No refund will be given for arriving after or departing before your booked dates.

Reservations and General Policies – Hastings TOP 10 Holiday Park
Reservations constitute a contract between Hastings TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation.
Reservations are non-transferable. The named person must occupy the site or unit for the entire duration of the stay and is responsible for all occupants and visitors.
For group bookings, one person is ultimately responsible for the group’s behavior and any damages incurred.
Rates and Conditions
Rates and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Management reserves the right to re-quote any pricing errors, including verbal and written quotes.
Minimum stay periods and peak rates may apply during busy periods, including School Holidays, Public Holidays, and Hawke’s Bay events.
Specials cannot be combined with the TOP 10 discount, apply to new bookings only, and cannot be backdated.
Sites and units are allocated at Management’s discretion.
Management reserves the right to alter allocations if necessary or cancel a booking at any time.
Valid photo ID is required at check-in.
A valid credit card must be held on file, or a $200 cash bond is payable at check-in.
This applies to bookings made directly or via TOP 10, Expedia, Booking.com, or virtual credit cards.
Management reserves the right to charge for damages or additional cleaning.
Breach of Holiday Park rules may result in immediate termination of tenancy without refund.
