Lime Tree Mews Cottage is a detached, two bedroom, one bathroom on site, self catering cottage for 4 persons max. Two bedrooms (Double Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom). The Studio Lounge upstairs is fully equipped for those who wish to do their own catering.

Property Facilities
Built in the 1850s rooms in this part of The Lime Tree have individual character, and some enjoy Loch views. The newer rooms extended building are more modern with a rustic style using Oak and Douglas Fir.
All rooms are en-suite.
Our reception desk is manned 08:00am-12:00 & 01:00pm-11.00pm. Out with this period our Duty Manager is on site and easily contactable if you need assistance.
Dogs are welcome for a wee fee of £10.00 per day/dog *conditions apply.
Breakfast is included in the room rates and served from 8.00am till 9.30am in the restaurant (Mews Cottage bookings do not include breakfast but is available on request for £10 per guest) .
Reservations for dinner in our restaurant are necessary during the high seasons from April to October as well as December. Please inform staff of any food intolerances or dietary requirements when making your booking.

The hotel overlooks Loch Linnhe and stands at the junction with the end of the High Street. The train and bus station is just a 5-minute walk at the other end of the High Street which is full of excellent, locally owned shops, restaurants and pubs.

Directions to Property
From the south on the A82, it is very easy - as we are the first house on your right when you arrive at Fort William Roundabout.
Travel time from Glasgow is approximately 3 hours.
From the North (Inverness or Skye) you stay on the A82 Fort William by-pass. You cross the River Nevis Bridge (mini-roundabout) which takes you to a large roundabout. Keep on the dual carriageway alongside the Loch until you come to the next large roundabout. We are the large house with the cherry trees on the left side of the road - the first house on Achintore Road.
Additional Information
Dogs are welcome at the Lime Tree; due to health and safety regulations we cannot allow them in the main restaurant area, however they are permitted in the lounges and in the gallery.
We charge £10.00 per animal per day.
You must provide the animal with its own bedding.
If you want to sit in the lounges and sit by the fire we can also serve you drinks there.
You agree to pay £100.00 charge should evidence of animals on the furniture be identified.
Payment Policy
For room bookings:
We will take payment for the reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival.
For self-catering Apartment bookings:
Full payment is made on day of the booking. Refund only possible if cancelled 14 days before arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
In these unprecedented times if we have to cancel your booking at any time and at short notice, if any payment has been taken from you we will immediately refund in full any money paid by you to us for your reservation only.
A cancellation is only completed when we send you a email confirming that the reservation has been cancelled
For room bookings:
If you have to cancel a reservation you can do this by telephone or email. There is no charge to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before the reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation NO REFUND of your payment will be made.

For self-catering Apartment bookings:
