Older style kitchen with classic kiwi charm. Full sized fridge with freezer shelf. No dishwasher, small microwave. Fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, glassware. and the view!!
Lounge and dining room open space. Large TV - no access to Netflix as there is no wifi.

Additional Information
There are very steep stairs to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom therefore we advise caution booking and it is not suited for the elderly or young children.
This property is pet friendly. Back yard reasonably secure but not guarantee - depends if you have a escape artist!
All our homes are smokefree inside.
Payment Policy
Payment Policy
A credit card is required as a security bond. (Even if you are paying via Internet Banking) There are no transactions taken for a security bond. This is a non transactional method for securing against damage or excess cleaning.
If you are paying by credit card we will deduct funds on the day prior to your arrival. Please note there is a 2.9% bank credit card fee on top of your tariff.
Or you may choose to pay via Internet Banking. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance of payment due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

If you are unable to secure your booking with a credit card, we require a $250 bond payment at the time of booking as a bond. We will refund the bond fees after you have checked out.
If your payment fails to reach us by the due date we may choose to cancel your booking and make the property available to others. Cancellation charges apply (see below).
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel and you have booked through an agent such as Airbnb, Booking.com, you will need to contact them directly.
Standard Cancellation Information:
If you need to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others.
Should YOU choose to cancel the booking: Our standard cancellation charges apply.
Cancellation within 14 days of the start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 50% of the total booking charge.
Cancellation within 7 days of the start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of the total booking charge.
Cancellation by Owner
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any funds paid directly to us immediately. If you have paid funds to an agent eg. Airbnb, Booking.com then we will communicate with them and ask them to refund you direct.
Child Policy
Property has very steep stairs to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Not suited for small children.
Check In Policy
Self Check in. Check-in is from 2.00pm and Check-out 10.00am. Kaikoura Holiday Homes will send you an email approx. 5 days prior to your arrival giving you details of how to access the home. If you require different check-in / check-out times we are happy to accommodate if possible, so please contact us. Please return house keys to where you got them from.
