This house is a brand new build. It is a compact 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in the new Northlake suburb close to the Clutha River with its bike and walking tracks and adjacent to the iconic Mount Iron. The house was a new build design with double glazed windows and all the amenites with heat pump and aircoditioneing fitting into the overall design.

Fabulous brand new house built as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with every last attention in its design. Garage and off street parking.

General Room Facilities

Master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom is queen and 3rd bedroom is a twin room. There is a shared bathroom for these two bedroom. please state bedding configuration when booking.

The management DO NOT have ONSITE OFFICE but do live locally so please give us your preferred check in time, then update us with a call or message 30mins prior to arrival and we will meet you at the property and check you in. We available by phone or message at all times to sort out any detail to make your stay the very best experience

No smoking is permitted indoors or in outdoor patio areas, We reserve the right to charge you credit card for any additional cleaning required due to smoke damage
