Additional Information
The management DO NOT have ONSITE OFFICE but meet and greet each guest. PLEASE EMAIL us with an expected arrival time between 4-6pm so we can check you in. We are available throughout your stay to sort out any detail to make your stay the very best experience. We offer a complimentary basket of tea and coffee for on arrival.
No smoking is permitted indoors or in outdoor patio areas, We reserve the right to charge you credit card for any additional cleaning required due to smoke damage
A welcome basket is there for you on arrival so you can enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee to relax with on arrival. This holiday apartment is perfect for events, weddings, long weekends and destination holidays. Ask us for our Multi night discounts and off peak rates.
Visitors are welcome however we do request they depart by 9pm. Extra Overnight visitors strictly by prior agreement and booking.
Payment Policy
Credit card details required to confirm booking. Payment in full will be taken 14 days prior to arrival. Credit card management fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications up to 14 days prior to arrival can be made with no fee charged. Cancellation or amendments within 14 days of scheduled start of stay total booking price will be charged. In case of no show full amount of reservation

Early check-ins prior to 4pm and late check outs after 10am must be requested in advance. (May attract extra fee of extra night stay)
