Alpine Peaks apartment is a self catering apartment catering for a maximum of 4 persons. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. This apartment sits alongside the lodge and is only 5minutes drive to the centre of Wanaka township and only a kilometre from the lake. It is situated on 2acres of land and has maximum all day sun with lake and mountain views.

Location / Distances
We are located just a kilometre from Lake Wanaka and just 5 minutes from the township. The lodge is well situated on the crest of a hill making the maximum of a sunny position on a fabulous 2 acres site in Wanaka. Take a left turn up driveway by row of letterboxes.

Find us at 137 Anderson Rd. Turn into a driveway in common and take 1st turn right up driveway and park in car park behind the lodge. Message us 0272284640 The entrance is off the carpark.

Smoking
No smoking is permitted indoors, We reserve the right to charge you credit card for any additional cleaning required due to smoke damage.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome however we do request they depart by 9pm. Overnight visitors strictly by prior agreement and booking.
Payment Policy
Your credit card details are required to secure booking. No Deposit taken. Full amount is taken 14 days prior to arrival. Credit card fees apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications up to 14 days prior to arrival can be made with no fee charged on bookings paying full rates. Cancellation or amendments within 14 days of scheduled start of stay total booking price will be charged.
Child Policy
Children can be included in bookings for Alpine Peaks Apartment.
Check In Policy
Early check-ins prior to 4pm and late check outs after 10am must be requested in advance. (May attract extra fee of extra night stay)
