Lansdown Apartments are a short walk to the town centre and only 2 minutes walk to the lakefront. They are located in a quiet cul de sac and are north facing and enjoy all day sun with great mountain views. We accommodate up to 6 people in 2 luxury self contained apartments. You have access to the communal facilities that include Swimming Pool, spa pool, outdoor fire, BBQ and Pizza Oven. Great indoor outdoor living in a wonderful garden setting.

The apartments are literally 2 mins walk to lake front and a short 15 minute walk to town. Queenstown is 50 mins drive over the crown range. We are located in the heart of Wanaka.

Follow the main street(Ardmore St) along the waterfront turn left into Meadowstone drive then 2nd left into Stonebook drive. We are located near the corner of Lansdown St and Stonebrook drive at 2A Lansdown St
The management DO NOT have ONSITE OFFICE but do live locally and will meet you on your arrival. Please message us 30 mins prior to your arrival to arrange checkin. We are on call and available to sort out any detail to make your stay the very best experience.We offer a complimentary basket of tea and coffee for on arrival.
No smoking is permitted indoors or in outdoor patio areas, We reserve the right to charge you credit card for any additional cleaning required due to smoke damage
Credit card details required to confirm booking. Payment in full will be taken 14 days prior to arrival. Credit card management fees 2.95% apply.
Cancellations or modifications up to 14 days prior to arrival can be made with no fee charged. Cancellation or amendments within 14 days of scheduled start of stay total booking price will be charged. In case of no show full amount of reservation
Children welcome. Children under 2 free of charge when sharing with parents. Please request cot and highchair at time of booking ( extra charges apply )
Check In Policy
Checkin strictly between 3pm-8pm Alternative times by prior arrangement . There is a shared entrance and foyer for our one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.

From Friday 3rd December 2021 Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in our properties:
1. Proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination,
2. A valid negative Coronavirus PCR test past 72 hrs, or
3. Recent proof of Coronavirus recovery
