No visitors are allowed in rooms after 9.30pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our units. Failure to comply will result in cleaning costs and loss of income charges being debited to the credit card given as security at the time of check in or booking, to return the unit to a standard acceptable to us.
Payment Policy
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 2 days before the booked date incur no charges. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in, at a minimum, the total amount for the first night of the booked accommodation being charged.
One nights accommodation will be charged where guests fail to arrive by our office closure time. Special conditions apply to group bookings
Check In Policy
Check-out: 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement .Our reception hours are 7.30am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 9.00pm on the weekend.
Smoking: This is a smoke free complex in all rooms and balcony areas. Please use the designated area at the rear of the office to smoke. If you smoke in the room or on the balconies and we need to engage a specialist cleaning company we reserve the right to charge such costs and resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
Dining In: The cooking of fish, fish products, spicy or other odoriferous foods is not permitted in this motel unit. This is to avoid lingering unpleasant food smells that can be very offensive to subsequent guests staying in this unit. Please allow plenty of ventilation when cooking all foods. Failure to comply will result in cleaning costs and loss of income charges being debited to the credit card given as security at time of check in or booking, to return the unit to a standard acceptable to us.
Visitors: The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
