Payment Policy
Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of at least one nights deposit per unit/site.
During Peak Booking Periods - eg Summer Holidays - Christmas - Waitangi Day, Easter and Labour Weekend minimum stays may apply and non returnable deposits will be taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given if your unit or site is cancelled at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival time of 2pm on day of arrival.
A cancellation fee of $20 per site/unit applies to all cancelled bookings.
If cancelled within the 72 hour time line a cancellation fee of one nights stay will be applied.
All Peak periods including long weekends will include 1 night non-refundable/transferable deposit. All Christmas/New year bookings within the period of the 26th December until the 10th January applies.
If a stay is shortened for any reason no refund will be given unless more than 72 hours notice.
There will be no refund for early departure or late arrival. This includes conditions due to natural causes i.e. weather. This also applies to guests who are asked to leave the park because of their behaviour. Guests are liable for the full amount of stay as booked.
Special Terms and Conditions may apply to group bookings.

Children under 3 free. 4-14 years of age charges apply.

INDEMNITY. Guests staying at Whatuwhiwhi TOP10 Holiday Park take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred
during their stay. Whatuwhiwhi TOP10 Holiday Park takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or
vehicles and suggests that guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied.
No refunds will be issued. Upon departure, any key deposit or other bonds paid are refunded to guests, provided the keys and/or (Kayaks, Trikes any other hired equipment) By signing this Guest Registration Card, I/we understand and agree to these conditions and the Rules of Stay.
Please note that units should be left clean and tidy, failure to do so may incure an extra cleaning fee .
SMOKING: Any guest/s smoking in rooms will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200.
Pet Policy: We DO NOT allow pets in accommodation units at any time.
